In April 2002  MEABT added the Fish Farming Micro Business to its WEB site and officially began work on this exciting micro business project.    Phase One was completed in the fall of 2002.     In April 2003 top managers of MEABT and Mosaic Developments made thier second trip to Thailand to review progress with fish farming experts.      Phase Two construction is planned to begin in September of 2003
